The Little Mixing Factory is trading from a Citroen Hy 1972 van, that was previously being used a mobile butcher. It was purchased in Normandy, France, from a person that couldn’t understand why it didn’t work anymore. However, he hadn’t realised that he hadn’t put petrol in it for a long while. The Little Mixing Factory sells natural frozen yoghurt blended with fruit chosen by the customer and old fashioned 99-style vanilla ice cream with chocolate flakes, and is Britain’s first frozen yoghurt van.
