FishDog, a concept created by celebrated chef Mark Hix, is trading from a beautiful 1971 Citroen H van. It was purchased from H Van World in Dorking and was previously used as a post van in the South of France. FishDog sells Hix’s fishdog and chips, which are breaded coley fish fingers with minted mushy peas and tartar sauce; Dog-nuts, hot cinnamon doughnuts with salted caramel sauce; and Pimm’s jelly and ice cream.
