Mother Clucker is trading from an ex-military Chevy American ambulance that, in its previous life, was used to save soldiers’ lives. It was bought from a guy called John, a military enthusiast, who had to sell it for money to put a new roof on the conservatory for his wife. Mother Clucker sliced the roof off and made it bigger and fitted it with some new fryers. They sell traditional southern fried chicken: the chicken has been marinated in sweet tea brine and coated in buttermilk and a secret blend of spices. They also sell cornbread and their own hot sauces.
