The Jhal Muri Express, brainchild of Angus Denoon, sells Kolkata-inspired chaats from the back of a white Ford Transit van. The vehicle was previously used by JC Decaux, the company that hire out all the billboard adverts, and was purchased from a man who looked and spoke exactly like famous ruddy-faced football manager Harry Redknapp. The van has previously been used as a bedroom, an office, a classroom, a cinema, an after-hours hideaway, an acoustic stage and a meditation hub. It now features a fully-functioning roof rack terrace and veranda. Jhal Muri Express specialise in authentic, fresh and exciting Indian food.
