Bell & Brisket purchased Eugene, a horse box of undetermined make, from an unwilling seller on eBay. The seller, on seeing Bel's plans for the truck, had just finished refurbishing it and his last words to Bel were "my poor trailer!" as she trundled out of the farmyard. Although the truck was previously used to transport horses, there is no trace of horse remains (unlike Tesco). Because it is decorated with boudoir-tasselled lampshades, Eugene is occasionally referred to as the 'whoresbox'. Bell & Brisket sell hand-brined salt beef, homemade pickles and blowtorched cheddar on Brick Lane bagels or Black Rye buns.
